O W L S. 90 mm (3.5") diameter. Manufactured in Vitreous enamel. There was an Owls Motor Club in the South Eastern Centre of the ACU (1930-79) Strong possibality that this is the early 1930's badge. Name changed to Owls Motor Cycle Club (1980-89 when my records go up to)
