Butlins Car Club Car Badge

Butlins Car Club Chromed and painted. This is a first version produced. The first did not have a tang but fixed by way of the two side holes as seen in this badge. The second had a tang with the three holes. the left hand upper hole was origionally located just under the tail of the Dolphin. An enamelled version exist and in all probability was a later version to the 1950's example here. Severe restrictions on enamelling were in existence for a number of years after the War (1939-45)
