Knights of the Road Literature

Knights of the Road Letter sent out to a Mr Prigmore on 28th of June 1954 "Quite recently the Council created a new grade of membership superior to ordinary membership for those with an outstanding record of courtesy. This is to be known as Companionship of the Order. It leaves the way open for promotion to knighthood at a future date, but it carries with it immediately the car badge with the knight's head insignia of our Order and a special certificate
