H G Motor Cycle & Light Car Club FOUND... HG is Home Guard and the lower lettering is First Glos, refering to the First Gloucesterhire Regiment 95 mm (3.75") tall. Manufactured in cast iron. Bottom lettering was "First Class" Looks to have originally had two fixing pins at the back, roughly in the area of the holes.
