Grove Park MCC 152 mm (6") wingspan. Manufactured in alloy and painted. Affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union (ACU) South Eastern Centre 1951-66. Looks to have had a name change to Grove Park Motor Club in 1967-89 when my records go up to. This looks to be the earlier style of badge from the 50's
