Society of Model Aeronautical Engineers 109 mm (4.25") tall. Manufactured by Renamel of London, centre part in resin and having the Crown and “R” on the front of the tang. c 1960’s early 1970's As a lad I belonged to the Society purely for the insurance that covered my Model aeroplanes this would have been around the late 50's
