Norfolk (North) M.C.C. 76 mm (3") diameter. Manufactured in alloy and painted. I think the tang has been skillfully removed, not sure which set of two fixing holes could be original if it was manufactured without a tang. Affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union (ACU) Eastern Centre 1954-64 and again in 1977 until 1982. The badge shown looks to be 50's/60's.
