Saints M.C.C. Westminster 75 mm (3") diameter, rear central bolt fixing. Manufactured in alloy and painted. Affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union (A.C.U.) South Eastern Centre from 1955 to 1966. Known to be affiliated to the Royal Automobile Club (RAC) from 1977 until 1987 but my records are far from complete.
