Tyne Car Club Newcastle Car Badge

Newcastle Tyne Car Club 129 mm (5.1") tall. Manufactured using 3 mm whitish plastic which has the inscription painted/printed on both sides. A further 1 mm clear plastic sheet covers the front. The whole is then secured with three rivet type heads with opening ends. The front has "Car Club" in larger letters. "tyne" and "Newcastle" are in lower case. A very unusual badge. Nothing known about this club, any information would be very welcome.
