Broadhembury and District Motor Club Car Badge 2

76 mm (3") tall. affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union (A.C.U.) South West Centre 1985-89 when my records go up to. There was also a Broadhembury Motor Cycle & Car Club 1949-71 and a Broadhembury Motor Club 1973-84 As Broadhembury is only a relative small village it is presumed that the other two clubs are the forerunners of this Club. All is not as it may seem with this badge. It is a copy made in resin, possibly using low melt rubber moulding. Note that the one wing tip is shortened (another word for broken off)
