Halifax & District M.C. & C.C. (The) 98 mm (3.8") tall. Affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union (A.C.U.) Yorkshire Centre, 1934-52. Known to be affiliated to the Royal Automobile Club (RAC) from 1962 to the following year, but my records are far from complete. A Halifax Motor Cycle & Car Club existed 1953-63 and could have been the continuation of this Club.
