Harrow Car Club. H C C Affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union (A.C.U.) South Midland Centre 1935-36. Known to be affiliated to the Royal Automobile Club (RAC) from 1956 to 1987 but my records are far from complete. Looks to be an early version of this popular car badge.
