Manufactured by the "B'ham Medal & Badge Co Ltd. Same lettering and increased size to 110 mm (4.4”) x 86 mm Sharper edges to the stamping and reduced thickness back to 4 mm with a “S.A.” number. # S.A.27603 A "S.A." number would usually indicate it was issued in South Africa, but I believe they were a UK issue.
