Cheltenham Motor Club. Manufactured in a celluloid/plastic type material. affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union (A.C.U.) Western Centre 1928-89 when my records go up to. There was a Cheltenham Motor Cycle & Car Club in 1927 which could have been the beginnings of this Club.
